To reproduce the error, you need
1. Enable multiplayer mode
System Configuration - Security and General Prefences - Security Enabled checked
2. Create an additional user
System-Password Manager
3. The user must not have administrator rights
User Rights - Admin - not checked
4. Log in to Dr.Dispatch on behalf of the created user
5. Go to Brokerage - Load Board and select My Loads in the View field
6. Make sure that the filter reduces the number of displayed loads, if there are no loads created by this user - create one.
7. Exit Dr.Dispatch
8. Check the drd4.ini file
in the [Brokerage] section, the DispatchView=My Loads key must exist
9. Edit user rights (give him administrator rights)
10. Log in to Dr.Dispatch again on behalf of the changed user
11. Go to Brokerage - Load Board
12. Check the number of displayed loads. Make sure that all loads are displayed, not just the loads of this user.
