The DRD Doc Scaning window allows you to attach electronic documents to a brokered download or scan (digitize) a real document and attach it as well.

In the Brokerage section, the DRD Doc Scaning window can be found in many alternative ways

1. With active tab “Dispatch”

• sub-tab “Documents” - button [Manage Documents]
• context menu Scan document
• menu Utilites - Manage Load Document, or the “hot” key F6

2. Tab Carriers, subtab Documents - button [Manage documents]

3. Clients tab, Documents subtab - [Document management] button

The purpose where documents will be attached depends on the sub-tab from which the “DRD Doc Scanning” window is called But otherwise, the appearance and functionality of this window does not depend on where it is called from.
