First of all, you need to check and, if necessary, correct the settings.
Action: Open menu System / Setting
Expectation: The Dr Dispatch System Configuration window will open.
Action: Select line “Trucking Preferences”
Action: You need to create a download in the same way as in TC11, but skip filling out the gross pay and driver pay.
Expectation: Completed document with the status “Assigned”, but with empty fields “Gross Pay” and “Driver Pay”
Action: Change document status to “Dispatched”, then to “Empty”.
The first time you switch the state to Empty, there is no auto-calculation, so after the “empty” state, you need to switch again to “Assigned”, then “Dispatched”, and then again “Empty”.
Action: Make sure the message only appears once.
Expectation: Due to the lack of an amount in the Gross Pay field, the calculation is not possible and a message should be displayed about this.
Action: You need to create a download in the same way as in TC11, but skip filling out the driver pay.
