Brokerage Customer Rate calculating

There are different options for calculating the base rate

Basic Rate options

Flat Rate

Miles

Expectation:

  • When switching to miles, the field “miles” (2) should appear below the fare field and take the value from the field miles (1) of the “load” document.
  • Rate * Miles = Sub-Total

Pieces

Expectation:

  • Rate * Pieces = Sub-Total

Weight

Expectation:

  • Rate * Weight / Wgt.Type coefficient = Sub-Total
Wgt Type

Depending on the selected option, a certain value of the division Wgt.Type coefficient will be substituted into the formula.

Hours

Expectation:

  • Rate * Hours = Sub-Total

Surcharge

You can also add a surcharge to the base rate there are 3 calculation options

Flat

Expectation: Sum 1 + Sum 2 = Sum 3

Percent

Expectation:

  • Sum 1 * percent 3 = Sum 4
  • Sum 1 + Sum 4 = Sum 5
  • Sum 5 recalculated and rewrite only after close window

Mile

Expectation:

  • Miles 3 * Rate 4 = Sum 5
  • Sum 1 + Sum 5 = Sum 6
  • Sum 6 recalculated and rewrite only after close window
